However, we are extremely sorry to let you know that three sets of laptop were broken. They did not work properly. The Screens were blank when the laptop were turned on. We have checked the technician. We could not decide whether the problem was related to the monitors or the central processing units.

We feel that there was something wrong with them and as they are still under your guarantee program, we have returned them to you as soon as possible for quick replacement. We hope that you can send the replacements promptly so that we will be able to distribute them to our customers without any further delay.
